Terms and Conditions for BlexiRecharge
Hey there! These terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of BlexiRecharge (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our platform to make subscription payments easier and cheaper, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. No fluff—let’s get into it.
1. What’s the Deal
- Service: We help you manage and pay for your subscriptions (streaming, software,
memberships, etc.) in one spot, at competitive rates.
- User: Anyone who signs up to use our Service.
2. Who Can Use BlexiRecharge
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date info when you register.
3. Account Setup & Security
- You’ll pick a password and keep it on the down-low. No sharing.
- You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Let us know ASAP if there’s unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- How it works: Link your payment method, pick your subscriptions, and we’ll handle
the rest.
- Fees: We charge a small convenience fee on each transaction. Rates are shown before
you confirm any purchase—no surprises.
- Billing cycle: We bill you according to each subscription’s schedule (monthly,
annually, etc.).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- You can cancel any subscription through your BlexiRecharge dashboard.
- Refunds follow the original service provider’s policy. We’ll help you request it but can’t guarantee
approval.
- We do not refund convenience fees once a transaction is completed, unless required by law.
6. User Responsibilities
- Only use the platform for legit subscriptions you’re entitled to.
- Don’t mess with our systems or try to reverse engineer them.
- Don’t harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone on our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
- All IP on our platform (brand, code, look & feel) belongs to us.
- You get a limited license to use our Service, nothing more.
8. Privacy
We collect and use personal data per our Privacy Policy. Check that out.
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
- We provide the Service "as is." No guarantees we’ll be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We’re not responsible if a third-party subscription provider changes its terms or service.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the max extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages.
- Our total liability won’t exceed the fees you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your
violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- We can terminate or suspend your access if you break the rules.
- You can delete your account anytime via settings. Stuff you paid for remains nonrefundable.
13. Changes to Terms
We might tweak these Terms. We’ll post updates with a new "Last updated" date. Keep an eye out.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes go to the courts in Lagos.
